Robotic & Endoscopic Breast Surgery:
From Simulation to the Operating Room

A 4-day intensive programme featuring over 40 expert lectures and surgical video demonstrations, plus live surgery — delivered by 27 faculty members from China, Japan, Korea, and Europe.

Now in its 13th edition, this course is the premier training programme for robotic and endoscopic breast surgery in China. The curriculum covers the full spectrum of minimally invasive breast procedures — from Da Vinci robotic mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery, and nipple-sparing mastectomy to implant-based and autologous flap reconstruction, axillary and internal mammary lymph node dissection, and aesthetic techniques including fat grafting and reduction mastopexy.

The first three days feature over 40 lectures and complete surgical video demonstrations from leading Chinese and international experts, with topics spanning robotic system setup, breast fascial anatomy, various reconstruction approaches (prepectoral, subpectoral, two-stage), omental and latissimus dorsi flap techniques, implant selection, gynecomastia surgery, and complication management. The final day concludes with all-day live surgical demonstrations.

A course completion certificate is presented at the end of the full programme.

Da Vinci robotic mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery, and nipple-sparing mastectomy. Multi-port and single-port robotic platforms, system setup, troubleshooting, and simulation training.

Implant-Based Breast Reconstruction

Comprehensive coverage of prepectoral and subpectoral approaches, two-stage one-step and two-step techniques, implant material selection, and the role of robotic/endoscopic assistance.

Autologous Flap Reconstruction

Robotic latissimus dorsi flap, laparoscopically harvested omental flap, and endoscopic latissimus dorsi flap techniques for breast reconstruction.

Lymph Node Surgery & Oncological Procedures

Robotic axillary lymph node dissection, robotic-assisted internal mammary lymph node dissection, and endoscopic breast-conserving surgery with complete video demonstrations.

Aesthetic & Complementary Techniques

Device-free fat grafting, reduction mastopexy for robotic reconstruction, endoscopic dual-plane augmentation, aesthetic suturing, scar management, and gynecomastia surgery.

Safety, Complications & Curriculum Development

Literature review on robotic breast surgery safety, prevention and management of surgical complications, breast fascial anatomy, and international minimally invasive surgery curriculum development.
